SHIPPING RATES:
Below are the current shipping options available when purchasing from Klass Vida.
•Standard Shipping (2–5 Business Days) – $5.99
•FREE for orders over $40.
Once an order has been processed, the shipping method cannot be changed.

PROCESSING TIMES
Klass Vida offers standard shipping with 2–5 business day transit time. Orders are received at our fulfillment center within 2 hours of purchase. Orders received before 12:00 PM (warehouse local time) ship the same business day; orders received after that time ship the next business day. Please allow extra time if your order was placed Friday evening, during weekends, or on holidays. For example, if your order was placed Friday evening, it is standard to not see any tracking updates until Monday evening.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other offshore/remote areas may require additional transit time and a remote area shipping fee. We are unable to ship to APO/FPO military addresses at this time.

TRACKING UPDATES
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our fulfillment center. During busier seasons, carriers may take longer than expected to update tracking status. If a package has shipped and tracking has not updated within 2 business days, please contact us at live.vida@klassco.com for an additional update. Please report any lost or damaged package within 30 days of the ship date — after that window, we may no longer be able to file a claim with the carrier.

CANCELING OR CHANGING AN ORDER
We are able to accommodate order changes or cancellations only before your order has shipped. Once shipped, an order cannot be modified or canceled — you're welcome to initiate a return once it arrives, per our Return Policy.

REFFUNDS
We stand fully behind our products. If you are not 100% satisfied, contact live.vida@klassco.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate the return process. We ask that you share your valuable input as to why you are requesting a return, so that we may strive to improve your customer experience in the future.

Please note, we are only able to accept returns/provide refunds for orders purchased through this online store. Sample items will not be eligible for return.

KLASS VIDA may reject returns if there is prior abuse or failure to return product or any behavior KLASS VIDA determines is suspicious or violates stores policies.

All orders of $300 and above are final and cannot be returned or refunded. If you have any questions, please contact our support team prior to placing your order.

*Refunds will process once the order is received at the warehouse.
